Both events are in aid of trees for life. A portion of the entry fee from these events will go towards replanting the railway walk from La Corbiere to St Aubin. The JMLCC will be planting a wide range of trees including maritime pine, English oak, hazel, wild cherry, tamarisk, silver birch and walnut, creating a beautiful linear woodland for the whole island to enjoy.
