Retail Assistant
Summary
The role is based within our building at First Tower, St. Helier, where you will be serving our extensive customer base within our apparel department. This includes taking payment, aiding with fitment and helping customers with general inquiries.
This is a full time position working a 40-hour week, Monday - Saturday with a chosen day off mid week.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries
Operating cash registers and processing transactions
Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
Providing product information and recommendations
Supporting promotional events and displays
Qualifications and skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
