"Motorcycles have been my passion since the early 80s. When I was in the Forces, a couple of friends had Harleys and I’d always fancied myself one, but couldn't afford it. And then the day came... I could have one.
I got stuck into them and wanted to know the ins and outs of them all.
Over the past decade I've trained in Harley-Davidson, Suzuki, KTM, Kawasaki, and now, BMW Motorrad. It's exciting to discover a new flagship; the quirks of the engines, the moods of the bikes, the qualities of the makers... And it's a pleasure to be working here. Things change everyday - like the new bike workshop - and I find I have to keep pinching myself. It's awe-inspiring.
