I visited Charlene today to have a tattoo done in memory of my Mum and Dad and I am absolutely blown away and I can’t stop looking at it. It is so beautiful and vibrant and the detail is amazing. From the minute I walked into Charlene’s special studio I felt at ease and eager to get inked. Charlene you are one very talented lady and I can’t thank you enough for taking the idea I had in my head and by using the picture I showed you bringing my tattoo to life on my skin.”

What a fantastic place. Saw it when passing on the bus, noticed the name Mansell but did not make the connection and thought that it was just a motorcycle shop, which it is but so much more. There is a showroom downstairs displaying Triumph and BMW motorcycles and a selection of used bikes. Very cheap because there is no VAT! There are also displays of Nigel Mansell’s career artefacts. We were invited to go upstairs where there were more motorbikes and a workshop, but surprisingly, a museums worth of F1 and particularly Mansell’s career, photos, memorabilia, trophy’s etc. Also upstairs were three original F1 cars that Nigel raced in the 80’s and 90’s, a Ferrari, a Williams FW14 and a GP Masters car. As we didn’t know that this was here it was a wonderful surprise. We were made to feel very welcome and could have stayed longer had time permitted. I think that there want to make it into a museum and I hope that they do, please include a café and shop! A great place to visit for anyone with an interest in Nigel, F1 or motorbikes. Highly recommended.”

Brilliant place and even more so if you’re a biker or Nigel Mansell fan. There is a huge selection of bikes and accessories for sale with helpful staff. The ‘used’ and ‘classic’ bikes are even more interesting to look at taking you back in time. We also loved the small museum of Nigel Mansell memories, takes you back to your childhood when he was competing, absolutely fantastic to see. Definitely worth a visit 👍”

“I had previously emailed with dissatisfaction about a confusion, relating to email communication with the motorcycle service center. This related to waiting / delay to a part to my lambretta and communications with your service parts manager, Mr Mark Surcouf.

I would like to say that I have since been absolutely delighted by how responsive, accommodating and efficient the service center has been since. Communication has been clear and I have been kept updated promptly, on receipt of the part, which shows how carefully and conscientiously my previous feedback was considered. This, in my view, clearly shows the signs of an excellent business. Many a business do not deal well with constructive feedback and you have certainly done that in my case.

Therefore, I would just like to extend, on this occasion, a formal and resounding thank you and appreciation to Mr Mark Surcouf and the rest of his team, for how efficiently, professionally and diligently they have communicated with me, dealt with and have fixed and serviced my lambretta moped - on receipt of the long-awaited-for part.
